PlexPower™ Panelboards Now Available for Fused Panelboard Applications
Appleton PlexPower™ Lighting and Power Panels are now available as fused panelboards in addition to the standard breaker style panelboards originally introduced.
INDIVIDUAL FUSE HOUSINGS TO SAVE TIME IN HAZARDOUS AREAS
The newly introduced Fused PlexPower Panelboards (RFF Series) feature a ground-breaking design that uses individual fuse housings to minimize the downtime and costs associated with servicing fuses in hazardous locations. Modular fuse housings are protected by their own integral flame path.
MODULAR HOUSING
The modular housing eliminates the need for specially designed hazardous location fuses, as well as the need for a heavy, precision-machined cast enclosure with a bolted cover. Maintenance of the branch circuits utilizes off-the-shelf fuses that are easy to obtain and affordable to stock.
The new RFF Series PlexPower Panelboards utilizes a standard J type fuse and are available in voltages ranging from 120-600 Volts. Three standard panel configurations are available providing from 3 to 18 circuits in a single enclosure.
